Description

The DSPlogic™ FFT Accelerator Library for the Cray XD1™ Supercomputer is ideal for FFT intensive applications such as image processing, seismic processing, communications signal analysis, and many others.

The FFT Accelerator consists of an easy-to-use software library and a downloadable FPGA bit stream. The software library performs all FPGA management and I/O functions and provides a simple user API to perform transparent FFT computations.

FFT lengths of 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768 and 65536 are supported. The FFT core computes both forward and inverse FFTs.

Accuracy is commensurate with single-precision algorithms with an L2 norm error on the order of 10e-5.
